Phil Lambert

Joining our team in March 1997, Phil has over 20 years of experience cleaning carpet and upholstery. Over the years, Phil has continued to develop his talents, adding tile & grout cleaning, drapery cleaning, area rug cleaning, water damage restoration and pet urine decontamination to his repertoire of specialty services.

Born in 1970, Phil was raised in Milford, MA. Phil currently resides in Uxbridge with his wife and two sons. He enjoys hiking, jogging with the family dog and watching his son play soccer.
Phil holds IICRC certifications for Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration. He is also the recipient of the Colonial Chem-Dry 1997 Rookie of the Year, Colonial Chem-Dry 2000 Employee of the Year and Colonial Chem-Dry Perpetual Excellence Award in 2011 and again in 2014 for his outstanding dedication to the principles and ideals of Colonial Chem-Dry.

When asked what he enjoys most about his profession, Phil stated: “Every job and customer is unique which allows me to grow as a person and cleaning technician. Knowing that I’m the best at what I do gives me a lot of job satisfaction.”

Leonardo Delacruz

Leo began his textile cleaning profession in April 2007 after deciding that cleaning windows on Boston high rises was hazardous to his health!! Born and raised in the Lawrence area, Leo currently resides in Worcester. One of his proudest accomplishments was managing the winning team of the Babe Ruth Little League World Series in 2006.

His 10 plus years of experience has prepared him to handle many cleaning challenges. In January 2011, Leo became our Hunter Douglas blind cleaning specialist after completing an intensive 4 day training and certification program.

Recipient of the Colonial Chem-Dry Most Improved Technician in 2010, Leo gets a lot of satisfaction from providing his customer with the best service possible. While cleaning at your home, you can count on Leo to find ways to make your day run more smoothly.
